We met with John and Ian quite by accident approximately four years ago via a mutual friend who had been carrying out roofing works to a property that John and Ian had worked on.

The Client put us in contact with people who required building plans for a proposed addition. Once completed and approved we were asked to recommend a builder who could carry out the work on budget, on time and also be on site during the entire contract. John and Ian were contacted and were successful in securing the contract.

Since that time we have been more than happy to recommend them on numerous occaisions and we might add that the arrangement has been reciprocal.

We have found both John and Ian and their staff have been at all times punctual upon starting a contract, have achieved the correct standard of workmanship, have been on site from day one and not left until the contract has been completed. They are all cheerful, ready to offer advice if required, are able to sort out problems using their own initiative and only reverting to outside assistance when absolutely necessary. From our dealings with them and the feedback we receive from our Clients’ speak highly for their competence and consideration.

We would therefore have no hesitation in recommending them for any type of work were being user friendly is required.
